requires a

Bilingual Information Officer/Secretary/Receptionist

 

Candidates should be bilingual (French/English) dynamic, well-organised and flexible. Duties will include marketing and communications projects as well as receptionist/secretarial tasks. The distribution between those tasks will depend on the particular aptitudes of the successful candidate.Thorough knowledge of MS Office is required although training will be given if necessary.

35 hour week and generous holiday allowance.

Volunteers

The Maison Française offers work experience placements throughout the academic year (from september through July). These placements last between one and three months and are reserved to students or recent graduates of French.
Placements are available in the following sectors:

  • Library
  • Administration
  • Communication / Publicity
  • IT / Web

When applying for work experience, we ask that your CV and cover letter demonstrate an understanding of the function of the Maison Française. It is therefore imperative to thoroughly familiarise yourself with us through this website.
