Olivier Cadiot is a French poet and novelist. He is also the general editor of the Revue de Littérature Générale in Paris, France. He will present and read from his work. Currently working with the publisher P.O.L. along with Pierre Alferi, he has been crucial in helping to develop new trends in French literature in recent years.

Cadiot wrote his first play, Soeurs et frères, for Ludovic Lagarde in 1993 and then collaborated with director Ludovic Lagarde on the adaptation of his novels: Le Colonel des Zouaves (1998), Retour définitif et durable de l’être aimé, and Fairy queen (2004), produced at the Théâtre de la Colline, Paris.
He is the author of many works including Futur, ancient, fugitif (1993), L'art poétic, and (1993) translated by Cole Swensen and published by Green Integer as Art Poetic in 1999 
and Fairy Queen, (2002).
