Rozenn N. Diallo, 26, is a PhD student from Sciences Po Bordeaux, France, under the supervision of Professor Dominique Darbon. She holds a Master Degree in political science, with a specialisation in politics and development in Africa. She studies conservation governance in Mozambique. More precisely, her research is about the aid relationship between the state and international donors in the elaboration/negotiation of environmental legislation and in the management of two national parks, namely Gorongosa National Park and Limpopo National Park.
She has published in the spring 2011 an article in the N°65 of the review Lien Social et Politiques: « Vers une gouvernance privatisée et internationalisée de la conservation. Etude de cas autour du ‘partenariat public-philanthropique’ du parc national de Gorongosa, Mozambique ».
