Julien Jouan is in charge of the website and the computer and audiovisual equipment of the Maison Française. Responsibilities include updating and developing the website, the production of audio and video contents as well as a consulting and technical support during the organization of events.

Florence is responsible for promoting events at the Maison Française and responding to general enquiries about accommodation and the Maison Française d'Oxford.
