Please tell us about your research project.
I am a PhD candidate in international law affiliated with the Centre de Recherches Juridiques (Paris 8) and Centre Marc Bloch. My research pertains to the application of international law to inter-state cyber-operations, examining more specifically the place of data in the cyber-defence discourse.
Could you please tell us a bit more about your scholarship/exchange programme?
I am glad to be one of the very first beneficiaries of the new exchange program between the Maison Française of Oxford and the Centre Marc Bloch. This program has allowed me to join Exeter College as an Associate Member, the Public International Law Research Group and the Oxford Process on International Law Protections in Cyberspace.
