Aymeric, Jim's stepfather, met Florence, his mother, when she was six months pregnant. The three of them built a happy life together in the Jura until Jim's biological father, Christophe, returned after a personal tragedy. Feeling out of place and distanced from the child, Aymeric decided to leave and start a new life elsewhere. But years later, at the age of 23, Jim knocks on Aymeric's door.
