Clémentine Gozlan defended a doctoral dissertation in 2016 devoted to contemporary reforms of research evaluation (Centre de sociologie des organisations CSO; CNRS/Sciences Po Paris), After post-doctoral contracts at the CSO and temporary teaching and research fellowships (Ecole normale supérieure Paris Saclay, Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University), she has been maitresse de conférences at Versailles University since 2020. Her research is currently about protest movements involving researchers. Her work combines the sociology of science, the sociology of professions, the sociology of public action, and the sociology of social movements. She published a book, "Les valeurs de la science", ENS Editions, 2020; book chapters and various articles in peer reviewed journals such as Sociologie du travail, Sociologie, Politix, Zilsel, Revue française d'administration publique , Revue française de science politique, Gouvernement et action publique.
