Félicien Faury (he/him) is a tenured research fellow at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and a member of the CESDIP (Centre de recherches Sociologiques sur le Droit et les Institutions Pénales). His research focuses on local far-right politics, political attitudes, class and race articulations, processes of politicization. He conducted an ethnographic study of Rassemblement National voters, which formed the basis of his book Des électeurs ordinaires. Enquête sur la normalisation de l’extrême droite (Seuil, 2024). His work has also been published in journals including Government and Opposition, Revue française de science politique, Policing and Society, Genèses, Gender, Place & Culture, Sociétés contemporaines.
